I've been struggling with symptoms of IBS/IBD for over 15 years, the last 5 being the worst. The pain has been a nightmare. I've gone to many doctors and they didn't help me in the slightest. The nugs are extremely dense, which I read is a good thing, so the quality Exhale provides is excellent! This is a major game-changer for me! I'd recommend that anyone suffering from gastrointestinal symptoms, and who hasn't had luck with doctors, order some immediately!
