Never received order.

You didn’t address the issue of my partial order shipped.

I didn't check reviews before ordering and now I have read so many adverse issues with shipping

Warning ⚠️ this company has Horrible shipping system and no customer service. Phone number is straight to voice mail. Over a month for order and no information on ETA.

Spent almost $100.00, still don't have my order from March..Going back to alcohol, they deliver locally.

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it, then I placed another order a week later and still haven’t received that one either!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! And was only given a response of, shipping delays due to weather!!!

Two weeks later and still no product. They got my money but did not give me my product. 5-7 business days is ten business days and running.

Created an order for delivery on 03/03/23 and was told online that it would be 7-10 business days. Order was not shipped. Requested an update and was told that bad weather and holidays slowed shipping. Received a FedEx tracking number on 3/14, however it was only a created label, nothing received by FedEx. Repeatedly asked for updates because my account said shipped, but FedEx hadn't gotten my order to ship. I checked the weather for the shipped from location, no major weather issues recorded. My order didn't ship until 04/04/23 and is supposed to arrive Monday the 10th. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.
