The customer service is ok, I did send an email last week but I haven't heard back from you guys. I've tried the Delta 8 product and it doesn't do anything. I was told that if I didn't like what I got I Can get a full refund after 30 days. I hope so?? That's what I'm going to do.. Thanks

Although my experience with your site was positive, it was a little difficult to navigate to everything I was trying to find. Like, info about the difference between the various but somewhat similar offerings. But as a whole, the experience was mostly positive and informative.

Product arrived promptly, as promised. The packaging was great. Having a difficult time getting the carts to perform properly with any of my batteries. Carts plug up easily and will not work if they are too tightly attached to my batteries. Tried the carts on 3 different brands of batteries.

Price is higher than competitors. Gummies are better to chew though. Moist. Not that important but worth noting

I ordered two vape pens One pen would not take a charge. The second pen is very well made and nice to use ie. heats up and flows very well, no hard burn in the throat (now comes the big “however”) The product itself is rather weak and lacks impact to help with pain and sleep. So it’s not really a 4. If the pen was marked with its contents or product name, it would help selection of what works for me and what does not.
