. I’ve never seen such a slow and dimwitted company that doesn’t care about delivering packages as DHL. I have now been waiting for what I ordered for 9 days and 5 of those my package has been sitting 4 hours away in Salt Lake City. No reason, it’s just sitting in their processing center. I will say, I do love your product but if the delivery doesn’t change I will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe you could add to where people can opt for better delivery through Fedex or UPS for an added charge since the cheapest company is obviously not getting the job done.

Did not feel anything

I requested information about why my vape pens from you don’t last very long and explained the situation. I was told to try pushing the button three times in succession and try again. I did try on two pens with no results. I returned a message explaining that it didn’t work. I haven’t heard anything since……….

The service from ordering to shipping was great. However, the CBD gummies were not effective in reducing the stiffness and pain in my right foot nor in my left knee. Even, when I combined the gummy a prescription inflammation tabs. I even combined the gummy once with 3 acetaminophen. Not effective...

This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in any Exhale products. I ordered the Delta 10 gummies. I expected much more. The description on the website didn’t come close to my experience with the Delta 10’s. After I took two of the gummies I felt nothing. Later, I took two more to no avail. If going by the strength of the Delta 10’s, I’d probably need Delta 50’s.

I gave only 2 stars because the quality of the buds was not as I expected. Im a patient from Hawaii, been retired and now reciting in Texas. Im used to smoking high quality, eases the pain and discomfort, 35 yrs of construction, 47 yrs of smoking marijuana. I know what quality is and for my hard earned dollars, I want the best, also I smoke less with high quality strains, preferably indica strains, rich in CBDs. I bought a quarter oz, although it was hemp, not cannabis. The buds looked good, smells good but does not do for me what I was expecting. Normally a quarter would last me atleast 2 weeks. I had this smoked in 4 days. It was raspy on my throat and hurts my lungs too, felt raw. Prices are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Shipping was fantastic! Received my product 2 days early, I will give shipping a 5 star. For me, hemp does not do what I need. Maybe if your a beginner in weed, this might be good for you, but as for like me, many yrs of different strains and growing for personal use, this is not what you are looking for. Save your money for the good stuff, you will smoke way less and get stoney! Excample! Used to drinking St PolyGirl or Moosehead beer sometimes on my off days, then someone comes over with light beer. No light beer for me. I do thank you all for your service.

2 of 3 past purchases were not full carts. Missing a fifth in each easily. Did emailed them but they didn't care. Not getting the full amount of what they advertised.

Contrary to marketing, the disposable vapes are really tricky to work. I wasn’t able to figure out how to use it at all until I reached out to customer service and they told me that there are SEVERAL things you have to do in order to set up the stick for use. When I used one of them, cartridge must’ve overheated because the juice started coming out of the mouth piece as a thick goo. After 3 hits. When they do work, they’re pretty good and give a good little buzz but overall I’d say it’s not worth it. I really wish I liked these more than I did
