We responded Twice on 04/21 and again today at 9:26 a.m. It looks like you entered the wrong shipping address and your order was returned because of it. I ordered the Pineapple Express Vape cartridge with battery I was so excited to finally receive it as soon as I put it together and started using it the oil was coming out the mouthpiece and it was all in my mouth. Very disappointed in the money i spent to get a defective or broken vape cart.

I placed my order (#514410) on 3/2. I got an email on 3/15 saying my order had shipped on 3/14. I reached out to support on 3/22 asking why I hadn’t received my order yet, got a response that it was shipping in the next few days. I reached back out to support on 4/5 asking for a refund. Followed back up on 4/17. No response and still have not received my order.
