As far as shipping times we have taken a lot of feed back from customers and now have other shipping options that use Fedex and they are a lot faster than our older shipping options. Your product was fine but your shipping is awful. Your prices are at the high end of the spectrum and to use a courrier like DHL is a that sits on the package for a week reduces the quality of your company. I would not use you again just because of that.

Hello Aliya, We are very sorry about that. It seems as if some of the vape batteries are dying in the process of shipping. If you could please charge the vape for a couple of hours and then press the power button 5 times really fast to turn it on. Then hold the power button down while inhaling. After charging the vape and pressing the on button five times if it is still giving you trouble please let us know we would be happy to send out a replacement cartridge to you. ~Exhale family
