The customer service and delivery were good but the last 2 carts I received leaked like crazy and ended up clogging and leaking everywhere. Unusable

I received a cartridge that was half empty. I reached out to Exhale Well via email 2 separate times and received zero response. This is an indication of poor customer service. Needless to say I was dissatisfied and disappointed.

The fruity cereal cart was kinda mid and the pre rolls tasted like chemicals😕

Incredibly spotty/weak and terrifically FRUSTRATING customer service. I found that emailing the company website got me results. Until then I was ignored and casually “blamed” for their mistake which I pointed out repeatedly with proof, to no avail. Product not good enough to put up with, I’m sorry to say. Found a better company with quality service. I TRIED!!

Gets me high but the taste and smell are horrible. I should have stayed with Boom Sticks.

The delivery took two weeks. The last time I had the same problem.

I’ve been buying the hhc cartridges from here for awhile now, but I have to say the new cartridge tips you guys are using sucks. They get clogged so much that I’m just eating most of the wax that shoots down my throat from trying to unclog it. Y’all have to go back to regular tips because at this point I’m just wasting my money. There has also been large bubbles in my carts in my most recent orders that I noticed. For the price point y’all need to do better. I usually love the quality but it seems like the care for it isn’t there anymore which is unfortunate.
