Sent two emails to them after purchase and before purchase and no response. No answer to my question customer service is everything to me.

There was no effect whatsoever.

Our gummies were all stuck together and there were so many green gummies in there. Must be the unpopular flavor.

Aside from looking ok the was a major disappointment just to be sure I had another person with me tried the flower. It was northern lights. And I had high hopes for this ...taste was blah..smoke was so so .effect was very little. I tried them and almost got the QP seeing all the good reviews wow. Very expensive for a oz almost 55 more than what I normally pay....horrible. Never again.

The company delivered the product in a timely manner, but after taking it once I was dizzy and had a headache. This has not happened to me with the same dose elsewhere. I felt bad enough that I'd rather waste this expensive purchase than try it again.

The prerolls tasted terrible. Northern lights. The potency was very weak. The smell was also bad. I've bought prerolls at my local smoke shop that are stronger and way better tasting and smelling. Exhales was nowhere near a canibus smell.

The first two shipments I received of the delta 9 gummies were very impressive, only issue I had was one bottle had a broken lid and moisture inside but they did send a replacement bottle. My next auto shipment of three bottles was not near as potent. We still had a previous bottle and my wife and I both compared gummies between the two and the new shipment was almost non effective($170 worth). I emailed the company and provided the lot numbers and explained the obvious inconsistency but received a very short response saying there formula has not changed and they will cancel my subscription if I want. I told them to cancel my order then and recommended they actually look into this issue. They did not cancel my order so went and cancelled myself. Very disappointed.

I purchased new 2 grams delta 8 cartridge and was quite upset with its performance. The company send me a cartridge and it took about 10 days to deliver, I think delivery is very slow. The box that cartridge was in, was not sealed and opened before, maybe during a quality control, but maybe I got someone else return used cartridges, who knows?It’s was also a wrong taste, the taste was like vaping a garlic. And finally, it’s stopped working properly at around 75 percent oil left. It’s constantly clogging. I think they should remove 2 gram’s cartridge. Contacting customer service also not a good idea, they tended to argue with customers trying to prove otherwise. Overall I think their oils are good, but I couldn’t really taste it as the taste was garlic like and cartridge stopped working after 10 hits
