If I could give zero stars I would. It has been 51 days since I placed my order, with no product being sent. 3 requests for a refund have been ignored; instead I am told with every email and canned response by phone my order will ship "in a few days". It is well beyond any reasonable time frame to receive an order and at this point I want my money back. Totally fraudulent and unethical treatment by this company - absolutely cannot recommend to anyone and warn prospective buyers to beware!

I stand by my first review. I never received any email from the company as they promised in their response to my review. I’m seeing more reviews where they didn’t even receive the product from this company. I’m very disappointed.

You did not send it to my address. I called 4 times and emailed 3 times of the updated address. Now I have no product and I’m $127 down. Please fix this ASAP!

2 paid orders supposedly shipped. I received neither. Submitted a complain and was issued 40% coupon yet I paid full price for my items. Was told they had supply chain issues yet they continue to charge for items that NEVER get delivered. So now apparently I’m just handing over free money. I asked for a refund with first MIA order and go the coupon. You should refund customers not short change them with a coupon that isn’t of equal value. Now I’ve lost $60 and no cartridges!

What hasn't gone wrong. I was sent the wrong product twice in a row. I left approximately 6 messages for customer service. Sent the wrong things when I canceled and sent the wrong things when I didn't. Not one word....STILL!! No one picks up the phone ...EVER!! I have cancelled my subscripts and moved on to another company. Customer service is EVERYTHING. I am an LA based Concierge.

I’d been ordering from this company for a while. I had a subscription coming monthly. Everything was great till I got a toxic batch. The gummies had a strong chemical taste and smell and zero efficacy. I called, emailed 6 times, tried the support bot, Facebook messenger, this company has not responded to a single outreach attempt. Their products are not consistent and QC is not a top priority for them. I’ve since cancelled my subscriptions and will be filing a complaint with the district attorney. This company is selling toxic products and takes zero accountability. This is criminal.

PLEASE I am begging can I just get a refund at this point. I placed my order late february and have emailed so many times asking where my order is and I just get the same response of “its shipping in a few days” I only live 4 hours away from the distribution center in California so this is actually insane. I have asked for a refund twice in the past week and have gotten no response.

Purchased CBD Gummies for pain, I've taken 1 a day for 1 week with no relief. They are coated with a odd tasting sugar. The gummie itself has a normal taste. Increased to 2 a day for a week and it didn't ease the pain.
