I just wanted to mention that two of your employees with whom I correspond regularly (Tim Bober for finance and Andreea Nedelcu for AMS OPS) have always gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I'm truly impressed by their professionalism and dedication. Wiebe de Vries Box Fox

Hi Can you help i am trying to answer all your questions yet still my shipment is 7 days in the UK and all I am getting is sorry its gone to my junk folder. I am answering all questions and filling in all forms and sending back. I have supplied my Cell phone number but still no joy or a call. Andrea Villa is my contact but can you help please? I can not even get through to your customer service department on the Phone? Best Regards Dean Halsey

Terrible, rude, unhelpful. They attempted to charge for services they didnt provide and lied on the phone.

Company is deceiving. Not honest about approximate shipping time. It will take double the time they have promised. Multiple delays.

Exactly the type of company that you want to avoid. Terrible, rude, unhelpful. They attempted to charge for services they didnt provide and lied on the phone.

I'm very challenged when there is a problem it seems to snowball. Jenifer and Daniel seem to care and help. I don't have a name of sales person that I can call when things go sideways and feel they want to help. Russ Brewer Specialized Transfer LLC

Denise Q. was a lifesaver! Came in clutch. Thank you!!

The complete ignorance of this company astounds me. we paid for our shipment on the 4th. on the 12th we receive an email saying that delivery is due tomorrow but there is a 1700 charge for storage! they won't answer their phone or respond to emails. they basically blackmail you into paying these extortionate fees or you won't get your product. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs unless you want hefty charges Update: after paying £1700 to release my cargo I get informed that delivery will happen tomorrow!!!!!!! they can't even keep their shallow promise of delivering
