I rent an office in the building at the corner of Preston and Beltline in north Dallas. The staff is friendly, building has had some upgrades over the last 8 months, and internet speed and phones work well. I had an ant problem in the summer which the staff took care of immediately and this office had a small leak from a heavy rain storm which they corrected in a few days. Pricing seems to be competitive. Hence the 4 stars.
Response from Executive WorkspaceSep 19, 2017
Josh, thank you so much for taking the time to review. Sorry about the ant problem! We will touch base with building management again to make sure this won't happen again. Glad our staff was able to recover it quickly. We love having you here.

I'm close to giving 5 stars. I really like how we've been treated so far. Here's what I'd like to see improve: 1) clearer list of other Exec Workspace locations within DFW and nationwide (if there is an updated site, please let me know where). 2) ability to change the temperature in each office - we brought in blankets for our clients because sometimes it's so cold! I understand this might not be possible given the current design. 3) after hours use of meeting rooms first come first serve. We can't book after hours but the space is unused. We could tell you our needs and lock up after we're done so there's little to no risk on your part.

Dr. Neff, thank you so much for taking the time to review. We are so sorry about the temperature in your office! We will work with building management to get this accommodated. We love having you here. We do have an updated website. Check out www.ExecutiveWorkspace.com! Thanks again.
