I've been very pleased overall
I've been very pleased overall. The Staff are pleasant and responsive. My concerns: 1. I have had occasions when I needed to have a contact on the weekend while I was teaching a class but there is no after hours contact. 2. The a/c control in my office was never restored after the system was replaced. Having that thermostat was a major factor in taking this office. Since I work after hours being able to adjust the temperature is really important.
