Very pleased with product, very good tracking info provided. Had a question re tax charge, they quickly responded with a resolution

Product arrived within a reasonable amt of time from placing of order. Product arrived without damage due to proper packing for shipment. Was kept informed of shipping progress till delivered.

Product was better than expected. It took a long time to arrive.

From the time I placed my order to receipt your customer service was extraordinary. I was kept posted every step of the way. I am very very pleased with my order. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that wanted to know.

I cannot answer your questions because I have not received my candles yet.

The product is not the quality it should be. Obviously not Valerie brand they advertise

The item quality seems pretty good. They were advertised as celebration hurricanes by Valerie which is not what I received. What I got was a cheaper knock off of them that does not have the multi colored light option or the timer function. I was very disappointed in not having the multicolor option which is the reason why I wanted to buy them. Could live without the timer function if they had a remote.

I received the hurricane candles very quickly and was updated on the shipping status quite frequently. The candles are exactly as pictured.
