Edit: So I received a response and supposedly the courier lost it. They arranged to re send an provided a new tracking link. The original was sent from the US, replacement link from China and tracking details are in Chinese. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS ……. 1 month now since order. Tracking shows it is in Port Macquarie . Been there a week. Pathetic scam

Habe vor Monaten zwei Bestellungen bezahlt und nie erhalten. Endloser Mail Verkehr wann ich sie erhalte. Es wurde behauptet, dass mir die Ware zugestellt wurde. Nach langen hin und her wurde mir das Angebot gemacht, eine gewisse Summe per PayPal in Dollar auf eine Email zu überweisen??? Dann wären sie bereit mir meine Waren nochmals zu senden. Ich wende mich nun an den Konsumenteschutz und Rechtsanwalt.

Nothing but a load of rubbish Giving you one star is really too much, you advertise a product and send out something that is nothing like what you advertise. You are a disgusting company who do nothing but hoodwink the public and should be shut down when a complaint is made you say the customer has to return the item to china at their own cost

I placed an order for a soccer jersey back in June 20th. I still have not recieved it, although they do provide a tracking number it basically useless because it doesn't say the shippers name like ups or fed ex, or DHL or usps. So needless to say I guess I got played because the world cup is over and I still don't have my jersey. I will NEVER place an order with excitedly EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I contacted the merchant within the return period stated in their return policy and requested a return because the item did not fit. Their policy states that customers should contact them within 45 days and that approved returns will receive instructions. Instead of processing my return request or providing return instructions, the merchant repeatedly offered partial refunds of US$2 and then US$6 if I kept the item. They never processed my return request or explained why it was denied under their published return policy.

I placed an order and paid via PAY PAL for the Set of 3 Celebration Hurricanes by Valerie. I was notified that they were delivered by the US. postal Service, I checked with neighbors, and no package has been delivered. Their update included a tracking number that I am unable to locate online as it was not sent via the United States Postal Service. It’s been almost a week since I received this message and I will be getting in touch with PayPal to have this charge reversed due to not receiving what was paid for. I also look to see if a picture was taken at the time of delivery and there is no such thing.
