Exceptional VillasReviews of exceptionalvillas.com

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience has been with exceptional villas. Between Elaine who helped us book our villa to our concierge Sinead, we have been blown away. Elaine helped work with our budget and book the right villa for our needs (40th girls trip for 8). Sinead and her team is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything seamless and easy. They helped with airport transfers, questions regarding the island, booking restaurants, car rental, taxis, grocery, and excursions. They give a 5 star service. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done to make our 40th girls trip one of the best! Thank you! Highly Highly recommend!!

My experience with Exceptional Villas has been excellent. Both Elaine and Sinead have been quick to respond and answer any questions we’ve had as well make planning our trip simple. Thank you!!

Wonderful team! Responds quickly, is knowledgable and competent and a pleasure to work with!

I am a travel agent based in Florida and I recently booked my clients for a birthday celebration in St Lucia. Exceptional Villas service was "exceptional" from assisting me finding the perfect villa for them to making restaurant reservations, arranging tours, organizing the birthday celebration etc. The concierge service through out the process was excellent. A+.

Fantastic all round service, Sticks out as it is becoming increasingly rare.

Always very attentive - excellent service

We had an amazing time at Keela Wee in Jamaica and our memories will last forever but what is sometimes overlooked is, how do you go through the process. We found two absolute gems in Sean and Noreen and Exceptional Viullas themselves. We had never gone on this type of holiday before and we were apprehensive but that soon disappeared with the professionalism, knowledge, promptness to email questions (and there were many), attention to detail, kindness and at the end of the experience.....friendship. The villa itself was stunning and we did have to pinch ourselves a few times to make sure we weren’t dreaming but what made it unbelievably special was the staff. There were tears when we left, all around. We will talk about this experience from start to finish not just for years to come but forever. Thank you Exceptional Villas for being a big part of it.

This was our second stay in Barbados using Exceptional Villas. Both stays went “exceptionally “ well and preparations were easy and communication excellent. We had one small issue that Paul rectified very quickly and to our satisfaction. We traveled during week 1 of September which is low season and the resort where stayed, Saint Peter’s Bay, was eerily quiet. But we really enjoyed the peacefulness. Exceptional Villas arranges for a starter pack which is always really appreciated. During our other trip earlier in the year, the starter pack was more extensive- included eggs, bacon, fruit and a welcome to Barbados basket. This time it was more basic- milk, water, juice, butter, bread. Either way both were sincerely appreciated. Mentioning this only because I’m not sure what the standards/expectations are for the starter pack. Saint Peters Bay- The staff at SPB were amazing. Our children have extensive food allergies so eating in restaurants is not always possible. Chef Daniel and his team were outstanding. Food was amazing and the staff are well educated on food allergies. In fact, everyone we encountered were awesome. SPB is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views. One comment that is slightly negative is the practice of charging for each extra toilet roll... seems so petty for such a highend resort. The beach is on the small side but this is not uncommon on the west coast. There is a section where you can walk in, with other sections more suited to snorkeling. Great snorkeling right in front of the resort- we saw lots of fish, a stonefish and a snake eel. We also saw the final part of a turtle hatching... so amazing! We did the tour that was included and had a fun few hours swimming with the turtles In the Bay. Great trip! Loved the resort and everything about Barbados! SPB was gorgeous and Exceptional Villas were great to work with.
