Exceptional VillasReviews of exceptionalvillas.com

Both Yvonne and Julie have been wonderful to deal with throughout our booking. We have had to rebook our trip to Barbados a couple of times due to Covid restrictions and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! We have just arrived and the villa has totally exceeded our expectations. We’re looking forward to our time on the island and visiting all the restaurants Julie has helped us with reserving! Thank you! Xxx

Exceptional is correct! The pre-arrival planning was excellent and so important to A perfect trip. On -Site team was the best I have ever experienced, both personable and professional at the same time. Of course the house, setting and beach is amazing but it’s the people that make it. Thank you everyone for a perfect 60th birthday!!

Great service from start to finish. The team we worked with was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. The only improvement I could suggest is perhaps being more prepared and transparent on how the pricing around meals works out (we were confused as to how our meals on site would be charged) - but other than that, they got us sorted out! Would definitely use again

Elaine and Sinead were an exceptional one-two punch! Elaine provided many Villa rental options to meet my requirements and flawlessly transition me to Sinead who did the heavy lifting on the week's Itinerary! Sinead was a pleasure to work with as we coordinating the week for my wife's birthday. She was professional and extremely responsive to planning the week. Sinead provided additional recommendations on activities, restaurants, and logistics for the week. She provided unbias recommendations and was very knowledgeable on Turks & Caicos.

I recently returned from Allamanda Villa in Jamaica which I booked with Exceptional Villas. When I booked it 8 months I found Exceptional Villas to be very responsive with my search parameters. When I was concerned doing this online, the owner Alex put me at ease. Concierge Noreen helped me do the rest of the planning. Noreen was very helpful and responsive with all the details. Villa Allamanda was as awesome as promised. I loved the house, the staff (especially Michael the Butler, Mrs. Kerr the chef, and Rohan the driver. I feel like they are family. The home accommodated all 11 of us nicely (adults and children). We had the best vacation! I definitely would use Exceptional Villas again! Highly recommend them.

Our experience working with Sinead at Exceptional Villas was, well, exceptional! She responded quickly every time, patiently answered all of our questions (no easy feat in the midst of a COVID surge), and arranged many services for our family. She always was kind and thoughtful in her responses and consistently tried to anticipate our needs. It was such a pleasure to work with her and we are very grateful for her time and energy.

Sinead and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and requests

Julie and her team were very helpful in providing information and answering a myriad of questions particularly navigating through COVID travel requirements. Always attentive with a quick and friendly response and great input. I would recommend them to others.
