While the villa we got is beautiful
While the villa we got is beautiful, there was clearly miscommunication between the owner/ agent and Villas of Distinction over the way too may restrictions the property came with. The authorized chefs were booked, prices soared, pick up transportation was inefficient, maid service limited and didn't do laundry, rib rentals problematic. All this irritating information came on the day of our arrival. I would not use them again

We genuinely care about every guest and take it extremely seriously when our client's experience does not meet expectations. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. The owner only allows approved suppliers at the property, and it was an unfortunate oversight on the owner’s behalf that the crib rental company was not on the approved list of vendors when in fact it was. We do apologize for the upset this caused and we are glad it was quickly rectified. With regard to the transfers, we work regularly with this chauffeur company and have found them to be dependable and professional. The drivers wait outside the arrival’s door, curb side. We apologise if you found it difficult to locate the driver and have spoken with them to make sure the meetup is easier going forward. We always recommend Fast Track arrival to our guests to facilitate a smooth and timely arrival etc. It eliminates any confusion through immigration/transfers etc. Maid service at this villa is Monday to Friday 10 – 2. Additional service can be provided if required. We want to ensure the rest of your stay is as comfortable as possible and I appreciate your husband taking our call to discuss. Our team is recognized for being the best in the world, which may be seen in our consistent five-star reviews. They also take extreme pride in everything they do. I am sincerely sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations, for that we do apologize.
