Excellent I loved the whole experience

The whole team at Exceptional Villas was amazing. In recent years I got so used to booking all our travel by myself that originally I didn't think I'll even need to use someone to book our 30th anniversary trip to Turks and Caicos. But, since I got the referral from a friend, I decided to give it a shot. This ended up saving our trip in multiple ways. For a start, having someone who knows the destination helped us find the right hotel for our budget and interests. In addition, getting the proper recommendations for additional activities at the destination was more helpful than I originally thought. But, the most important thing was an unexpected one. Just after we checked in to our flight, a hurricane situation in the area prevented us from going on the original date. The team at exceptional villas immediately jumped in and took care of all our needs to rebook the trip to a later date, re-booking dinner reservations, etc. This kind of service is something we don't get to see these days when everything is done by a computer or an algorithm. Having a team of humans to interact with, that has a face and a name, was amazing and made this anniversary celebration trip an absolute success.

Excellent customer service

We had a very positive experience through Exceptional Villas. Noreen is super helpful and has her eye on every detail. This was a stress free booking and we can’t say enough about the staff’s attentiveness. Thank you!

I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of our concierge Luis Ortiz. He has been incredibly helpful, thorough and up to task with making sure we have the most amazing experience at our Villa while coordinating all our experiences. He gets 10 stars!

Excellent service and communication.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Exceptional Villas! We were 4 couples from the US who rented the stunning Villa Lika(aka Villa BiancaLisa) in Italy. I researched villa rental companies when planning our trip and their name kept coming up. I’m so happy I chose them. Our concierge, Elaine, was so wonderful to work with. Every question was answered and nothing was too much. Elaine arranged transportation, tours, cooks and guided us at every turn. Exceptional Villas is a very professional company with a warm and caring staff. From the beginning to the return home we put our trust in them and they certainly delivered. Thank you again Elaine, you are the best!

Amazing service - can’t recommend highly enough !!
