Update*** the ridiculousness continues.
First, my review on Yelp and the other sites got more attention from this company than phone calls. I'm sure that was just a coincidence.
Second, I was told that my business would not break the company by the "customer service" rep. Very professional.
Third, I allegedly spoke to the owner of this "business" who wanted to make things right (ie, I want you to take down your review...it kept coming up and was clearly the main focus).
Forth, I was promised a refund and even sent a transaction statement for $700+ (also part of the attempt to have me retract or remove my review). Guess what...that's right! Nope. Never went through and my credit card doesn't show a pending refund almost a week after the fact. I will now dispute the original charge on my credit card and use the bogus receipt as proof that I was overcharged and defrauded. I'm off for the next month...so I'm going to research other ways to be irritating.
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration here I come. Binding estimate...10%. Sound familiar?
How they keep their 3 whatever stars is beyond me. Movers were nice...and again it was obvious they are used to dealing with irritated people.
This company was only recently formed. Formerly named Coast to Coast which had terrible reviews which undoubtedly prompted the September 2017 formation. The registered addresses are in FL and NY...which explains all the bogus 5 star reviews from those areas.
Look at the reviews from the 5 stars...they all contain multiple moving companies claiming they are all the best.

On 02/24/18 I paid $704 deposit for moving my items from Lewisville,TX to Charlotte,NC.Estimate of $1944 was given to me by Sergio and Jason Cardone for my move and was Binding Not To Exceed Price and was told it will be shipped in Excalibur Moving Truck.I was promised my motorcycle worth $6000 will be shipped in a Wooden Crate with full insurance protection on my bike will be covered by Excalibur Moving Group, for which I asked for an email he insisted me to pay the deposit first and he will send me email but I never received any email, suspecting something fishy I asked them to cancel the deal and refund my deposit amount of $704 they denied to refund me the amount also I was never told they will outsource my move to Platinum Van Lines a fraudulent movers they picked up my items in a budget rental truck on 03/01/18 and after few hours they told my items over weigh by 870 lbs and demanded me to pay additional amount of $382.In spite of calling them repeatedly I never got a status on my delivery.I insisted that I need to talk to either Jason or Sergio as those were the guys who took deposit amount from me I was told Jason is not available to talk and Sergio passed away I couldn't reach out to any of those folks after n number of attempts,on 03/25/18 my items were delivered again in Budget Rental Truck I requested the movers to show me all my items before paying the final amount I was told they won't offload my items unless I pay them, left with no choice I paid them in FULL.After they offloaded my items tears rolled out of my eyes,my 50" Panasonic Viera Television was missing am for sure it was stolen, motorcycle was completely damaged as it was dumped into the truck along with other items motorcycle was not Wooden Crated or covered as it was promised to me,for that matter each and every items were damaged.I tried reaching out to Excalibur ended up talking to a rude customer representatives Nicole, Kaitlyn and Steven who didn't even listen to my complaint just made a vague statement they will inform the outsourced movers Platinum Van Lines about my missing Television, when asked about the damage caused to my motorcycle they said I need to claim the damage under my insurance which was not they committed to me,I asked them why I should I claim under my insurance because its damaged by them as they didn't Wooden Crate my bike which was assured to me, then they hung up on me after that now am not able to reach them at all my call is going in voice mail as they blocked my and my wife's number.
