After a devastating breakup of a 5 year relationship, I used AI extensively to help me process everything that happened. It was really helpful to calm me down in the moment and accept that it’s over. Ex Back Permanently has completely shifted my perspective. But I got something different entirely. EBP focuses on healing yourself first. It emphasizes the importance of letting go (even temporarily) and shifting your focus inwards. Pouring all your time and energy into resolving your own issues, taking care of yourself and becoming a better person. So you can either be happy on your own or have your next relationship to be healthy and beautiful (with your ex or with someone new). Two months after the breakup I am doing all sorts of new things, having experiences I didn't think I could ever have, and I can feel myself becoming a much stronger person. If you are going through a tough breakup and would like some help, do yourself a favor and subscribe to the email exourse (to calm down) and educate yourself by Reading some of their articles. The best program for REAL people. Not gimmicky or fake. The advice is ethical and healthy and good. If you want slimy and manipulative advice, look elsewhere. This program is worth your money.

Ryan's help was a lifesaver. Ironically I work as a counsellor however in my own situation, I could not see the wood for the trees.
