This company has been documented as to…
This company has been documented as to having misleading customers and relying on debunked misinformation. EDIT: Contrary to their false assumption, no I'm not a machine (or as they falsely slandered me as "a bot"). I'm a real woman, who has observed the misinformation that they promote on their YT channel and website frequently. In response to their latest unprofessional and snarky response, they admitted that they rely on their own study (studies) yet they have not been independently verified by those neutral or unaffiliated professionals who are not receiving or funding those industries with which the above company has chosen to align themselves with. Furthermore, they expose in their response that they rely on the independently documented malpractice and pseudoscience industries which include, but are not limited to, "mental health professionals" as well as psychiatry and psychology, etc industries. Independent professional resources as well as survivors from those industries have and continue to spoken out such as neurologist, Fred A. Baughman, M.D., author of The ADHD Fraud: How Psychiatry Makes "Patients" of Normal Children (Trafford Publishing 2006), in his lecture at the Empathic Therapy Conference 2012, "The ADHD/Stimulent Epidemic" (at the 33 minute, 2 seconds point); Jeffrey Masson, Ph.D., a psychoanalyst, author of "Against Therapy" (Atheneum 1988, p. XV); Martin L. Gross, a member of the faculty of The New School For Social Research and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Social History at New York University, who has argued that "the concept that a man who is trained in medicine or a Ph.D. in psychology has a special insight into human nature is false" (quoted in "And ACLU Chimes In: Psychiatric Treatment May Be Valueless", Behavior Today, June 12, 1978, p. 3); Daniel Mackler (former psychotherapist/documentary filmmaker, etc); Dr. Peter Christian Gøtzsche; The Ex-Patients Movement; Psych Rights, including Wayne Ramsay, J.D; etc. Because of the aforementioned reasons, therefore, my honest and truthful observations about this company in my review shall remain in place.
Response from Ex Back PermanentlyMay 24, 2026
EDIT May 28th, 2026: 1. The reviewer has still failed to identify a single specific article, claim, or statement from our website that they believe is false or misleading. Their original review was extremely vague, and their later edits appear to be focused primarily on responding to our reply rather than discussing our actual content. 2. The reviewer claims to have observed misinformation on our “YouTube channel,” despite the fact that WE DO NOT HAVE A YOUTUBE CHANNEL or publish videos of any kind. Our platform consists entirely of written educational articles. This proves the reviewer is unfamiliar with our website, articles, services, and products. 3. Much of the reviewer’s criticism consists of broad objections to psychology, psychiatry, ADHD diagnoses, and unrelated mental-health debates. This appears to reflect a personal ideological bias against those fields rather than a factual critique of our breakup and relationship advice content. 4. Our website discusses relationship topics such as communication, attachment, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and self-improvement using widely accepted psychological concepts and relationship research. The reviewer’s lengthy discussion about ADHD medication and psychiatry is unrelated to the subject matter of our website and does not address any actual claim made in our articles. 5. Furthermore, many concepts commonly discussed in relationship coaching—such as communication skills, attachment patterns, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation—have been extensively studied by researchers across multiple disciplines. Criticism of certain mental-health practices does not invalidate all research or advice concerning human relationships. 6. We stand by the quality of our content, coaching, customer support, and research after more than 13 years of helping people navigate breakups in a healthy, realistic, and ethical way. That said, the reviewer is welcome to leave the review up. We respect the reviewer’s right to their opinion and wish them well in their endeavors. However, their claims remain unsupported by any substantial evidence, examples, or references to our actual content. Original Reply: Hi, We've requested information exactly what debunked misinformation or misleading customers you are talking about here. But you didn't reply. In addition, we did not find any customer or client with your name in our database. To anyone reading this, all our articles and advice is regularly reviewed by Mental Health Professionals to ensure that we provide the best content to our readers. In addition, we conducted the most widely accepted study on exes coming back, giving a realistic picture of your chances that most other breakup websites fail to give. We were the first ones to debunk the "All Exes come back" advice using data from our readers and customers. And for that, we have been featured in many reputable publications including Business Insider, Telegraph etc. Needless to say, we are one of the most ethical and healthiest breakup coaching service on the internet today. And we've built this reputation over the past 13 years. In addition, our customer service replies to all customer queries within 48 hours. If you genuinely have any information to back up your claims, please let us know here or by emailing us and we will gladly discuss it with you. If you are just a spam bot, please remove this fake review.
