Think the cost was too high. The product was shipped properly and fit properly.

very reasonable prices. Very fast delivery.

I was a bit worried when I hadn't received my order in a timely manner, and I was receiving these rating emails. I did reach out advising I couldn't rate on something I hadn't received. I did receive a follow-up email with a tracking number that I previously did not have, showing it was on a late delivery. I did eventually receive what I ordered, but the box was completely opened. My items were inside. I guess that person didn't need the same parts as I ordered 😄 My 5 stars ⭐ is for the great follow up that I received. And was so appreciated.

Website was easy to order from and the products showed up quickly.

Everything is perfect. I love this little sweeper
