I wouldn’t— promises of marketing but truly falls short
It’s ok. Honestly there are worse platforms. However, this one offers features that are not fully out of beta mode. We lost around $200 because they were giving a 50% off discount to our subscribers that was unwarranted. Though the issue has been fixed, it did take an entire two weeks to resolve, there was never an offer to mitigate our loses. Yeah it’s $200, but we are a nonprofit working on a shoestring budget. That $200 could do a lot for us. Plus, the idea of “pushing your event” to publications is promotional at best. They claim multiple news outlets in your area. For us… it’s 3. And we are in Austin Texas, a huge market. I also work for multiple companies and it seems like they are trying to monopolize on small companies by offering products they can’t deliver on. From my experience I’d stick with something that offers more robust options that have been tested and you don’t end up being their beta test.

Hi Clinton, a big fan of non profits, and in 13 years of business we support all types of events all over the world and at thirteen years we do not class ourselves in Beta Mode - but I enjoyed reading your conscientious feedback. I'm not sure how Evvnt was giving your subscribers a 50% discount? We don't manage your pricing on ticketing / registration. Service levels here at Evvnt on support issues are responded to within 4 hours, 3 to 5 days on issue resolution and we also have chat and telephone support - that said August is a holiday month and we may have had team on annual leave pushing out usual service levels. Local Publications we push content to in Austin Locally is also thirteen with stand out premium channel such as https://www.statesman.com/austin360/things-to-do/ 1. Austin American-Statesman 2. Austin Monthly 3. Austin Woman Magazine 4. Charm Magazine 5. Do 512 6. Gazette-Enterprise 7. Herald-Zeitung 8. My Texas Daily 9. OTL City Guides Austin 10. OTL Seat Fillers Austin 11. Texas Crafted 12. The Austin Chronicle 13. University Star The total list of sites was 49 for this even location. I did look for your account and event and I could not find a package for $200 and the only event for this year was expired and in drafts - is this the event? - Glitter Gala - Community | Fundraisers - Sunday August 03, 2025 at 6:00 pm - Parker Jazz Club - 117 West 4th Street, Austin, Texas, 78701, United States Our service is it distribute your event from one submission to multiple events calendars as a service which reach the sites audience and then indexes usually at 30% to 70% of Google search if the content and timeline is good. Austin is a great market for us, we work with leading news media in that market, an events city and indeed have a great distribution here. Please feel free to contact me the CEO directly at richard at evvnt .com and I'd be happy to talk through your concerns and understand where we went wrong - currently I don't seem to be able to find the issue / event / account / venue you are surfacing here on TrustPilot.
