buy pay as u use credits or find alternative stay away from subscriptions. the best marketing they don't have business ethics it's all about collecting money. basically, donated money because I was under the impression that credits, under subscription I paid for don't expire unless I use them but 30 days later, they want more money.

Check your credits —they disappear without being used and then they ignore you when you ask why! Super friendly until you need help. Zero after sales support. Their accounting record proves they took away credits I paid for but they refuse to answer why. I’ve asked support to escalate it bc they can’t seem to even read their own transaction exports, and the invoice section on the account page is disabled so you can’t download your actual transaction invoice. Oh and the credits were not expired and never used per their own records. Pretty convenient when you’re charging people credits you don’t intend to honor . In my opinion—Not worth the money or should I say deceptive business Practices?

I couldn't even use the 15 free credits that were supposedly available to try the app before paying. First, the verification code simply wouldn't arrive. After eventually getting through that, I was rewarded with an endless CAPTCHA loop. Complete one CAPTCHA, get another. And another. And another. Apparently proving I'm human isn't enough for this app. So instead of testing the service, I spent my time fighting verification systems and solving puzzles for free. It's honestly impressive. Most companies let potential customers try their product before asking for money. Here, I couldn't even reach the product. Very disappointing experience. If the goal was to convince me not to subscribe, mission accomplished.

Just a few days of using it but I am equally satisfied..... I am impressed honestly...

Seven day trial- I uploaded the app on my iPhone, but wanted to use it on my desktop and I realized after I spent an hour editing one image , and I saw their Watermark, I decided to pay for the program. I was told to pay from my iPad. I originally signed up and installed on my iPhone. You can’t just sign in with the password you have to receive a code for everything! To avoid the Watermark I decided to pay for a subscription only to find out every option was “grayed out” I appreciate that because now I have no interest in investing in this program ever. Thank you all for writing your experiences, because it is clear when you have a project with deadlines and they tell you they will get back to you with in 1 to 3 days, their App as well as DESKTOP for mac computers, obviously needs major fixes. They are not ready for primetime! This is clearly evident from the one star reviews.

Ich bin mit dem Service von Evoto aktuell sehr unzufrieden. Nach einer erneuten Anmeldung per Verifizierungscode standen mir vertraglich gebuchte Funktionen, insbesondere die Bilderweiterung, nicht mehr wie gewohnt zur Verfügung. Der bisher vorhandene Kredit-/Funktionsbutton fehlte, eine Bearbeitung oder ein Download war nicht mehr möglich. Besonders problematisch: Mehrere E-Mail-Adressen aus Rechnungen und früheren Nachrichten waren offenbar nicht zustellbar. Ich musste erst selbst recherchieren, welche Kontaktadresse überhaupt erreichbar sein könnte. Für einen bezahlten Dienst ist das sehr enttäuschend. Ich erwarte eine klare Klärung, eine funktionierende Kontaktadresse und die Wiederherstellung der gebuchten Leistungen. ///I am currently very disappointed with Evoto’s service. After I was asked to log in again using a verification code, the features I had paid for were no longer available as before, especially the image expansion function. The credit/function button was missing, and I could no longer edit or download my images properly. What makes this even more frustrating is that several email addresses from invoices and previous messages appeared to be unreachable. I had to research myself which contact address might still be valid. For a paid service, this is very disappointing. I expect a clear explanation, a reliable contact address, and the restoration of the services I paid for.

DO NOT BUY IT - IT’S A SCAM!!! Dirty cheating, fraudulent company. I purchased credits for a lot of money, but they still don’t allow me to download the images.

J'ai découvert evoto grâce à Paulina Caiceo chez qui je suis en stage. J'ai pu voir un réel changement dans la gestion des retouches ( plus facile, plus rapide, plus efficace) Le service client est très attentif et son joignable rapidement. Je recommande !
