As a headshot photographer, spending hours retouching corporate jobs can sometimes feel daunting. I absolutely love helping my clients look their best in their headshots, but when it comes to sitting down for hours retouching photos, I sometimes feel overwhelmed. At one point, I was sending my images out to a retoucher because I just didn't enjoy it one bit. Now, I don't want the extra expense. Enters Evoto. I am floored by how well the program handles headshots. They look just as good as my retouchers. What impresses me about Evoto is how natural the retouching looks. I also love how intuitive it is. After examining the interface, I was up and running in about 10 minutes. Evoto is hands down one of the best platforms for retouching. After finding Evoto through a YouTube search, I downloaded the program, finished a client job within a few hours, and delivered the final images today. The client responded by email, saying, "Great job as always!" I highly recommend this program for photographers looking to streamline their retouching process and spend more time doing what they love: TAKING PHOTOS!

Evoto refuse to provide a valid VAT invoice. They do not understand that they are charging 20% VAT. Their invoice does not detail this and their customer care team repeat the same 3 step instructions that do not work. They charged 20% VAT at checkout but refuse to provide an invoice that shows this, and we require this for accounting purposes. It's a shame they treat customers like fools. The software itself is ok, but it does not really save much editing time vs Lr, and they need to roll out more features that aren't in "beta".

I've been using Evoto for over a year now, and I can't even tell you how many hours of tedious editing work it has saved me. It has also allowed me to edit more images for my clients and that elevates the value they get from my photography service. I prefer a more natural editing style and Evoto gives me that. You can edit to perfection or just keep it subtle. It's up to you! I would highly recommend this to any photographer whose work is primarily focused on people and/or fashion. Another big plus is that they have stellar customer service!

As a studio photographer, Evoto has become an integral part of my workflow. Its amazing retouching features allow me to be as intense or as subtle as I want, and on large jobs it greatly helps to reduce my retouching time. I also love how fast and easy it is to clean up a dirty floor and remove distractions from my images. I'm 100% satisfied with Evoto and it is well worth my investment.
