Game is run by Bot accounts killing everything, look at server 462, TEK account is lv44 and only runs Bot 24/7, absolute pointless account. Evony has known of this account cheating for 2 years and does nothing and as everyone says all Evony wants is your money and never tries to stop the cheating. Could be great game but destroyed by greed. Please do not play.

Evony is banning everyone for using in game features and claiming they were against TOS but never said what they did. The players literally did nothing wrong, but playing the game, it was designed to be a war game. It’s not puzzle game so don’t fall for it, it’s not shooting games, all advertising is false. Top games don’t treat their customers right, not resolving any problems but they only create them! The people who play the game are great. That’s all that’s is good about it is the community. STOP BANning Players and lie about it like TOP games lied about everything else trying to get you in the game and get your money. People spend thousands of dollars and you ban them for playing the game the way it designed to be played and because they use in game features. Top games stealing from all players. The game glitches, you lose troops worth and few hundred dollars and they not returning them. Evony steals you account after you spend $400 or more on it they claim like it was never yours. It’s all BS

The game is buggy as hell. The aftermath is always the same. Quick answer of the CS, requesting something, then 7-10 days until you hear back. I lost 100 B of RSS and need them now. I lost them due to a bug (bubble drop). The CS doesn´t seem to be in grade to replace quickly to give me the opportunity to participate in an event. Ridiculous

Great game but stay away no worth money or time. They're needs to consider is a platform where players are allowed to steal from each other and the stronger u are the more u can steal kill troops and general yeah destroy walls and damage city yeah too buy now you pay real money to acquire resources that should be protected by the platform no one should be allowed to steal resources from u is a real crime needs to be fix puts smaller to mid players in disadvantage and puts people off your platform why should we spend money to try to growth packages when some can just come and steal everything. Advertised as "Free to Play". True, but only if you are willing to wait for 6-10 years to reach what paying players (coiners) can reach in a few weeks. Cheating and massbotting with almost 100 botaccounts is against their TOS but apparently it is allowed when paying players do it. Ive reported several bots and cheats with plenty of screenshots and videoproof and never was a single account banned. Customer service are not humans but is just an AI who sends out standard answer before throwing your ticket in their digital wastebin. The game is also violating COPPA and European equivalent regarding minors. No age checks are done either when creating accounts or making payments for the expensive packs. Basicly, any 10-12 year old can make an account and empty his or hers parents creditcard. Keep in mind that it isnt about a few Euro or dollar. Some players spend $2000 or more every month and some have spend over $30.000 on the game. The main target of this "game" are the people who are willing to cough up hundreds or thousands of Euro/Dollar every month. All other players do not count. Although Evony has denied it many times, it is a CHinese game and when you check the games outgoing connections, you will find that it, (amongst many others) connects to the Chinese gamecompany Tencent, which also is known for expensive mobile games. My only advise would be to stay away from the game as far as possible, eventhough you are spammed with it on Youtube ads, because the game is highly addictive, specially for minors and wil almost certainly cause you to waste money in this moneypit.

Game can be fun on the right server and with people who know what they're doing. As long as you never have a problem or experience a glitch, you should be ok. If you do have either of those, just walk away - because customer support is generally non existent. Maybe if you plan to spend a small fortune (I'm not joking) you will get decent support. After more than 2 months of back and forth and no progress, I quit after nearly 3 years of wasted time and money. Games should not cause this much frustration!
