The game has glitches. When you report to customer support, the responses are slow and not helpful. The agents gave canned responses. In a long email I sent them describing the problems, with screen shot attached, the answer was “sorry, can you send us a screen shot?” Obviously they don’t even read your emails and complaints!

Don’t play. Rigged game. The game is virtually lacking customer support. They are rude and unhelpful. The game itself is rigged. They monitor and manage your progress artificially. When you go “too fast”, the buildings start to loose levels, your absolutely heal troops will be back to hospital. The add promised gems just did not deliver them. The gems disappeared. Your account cannot be deleted. Just very wrong and not fun. Pure scam.

The game is fun but I have had several issues and have put in tickets to have them fixed. I have yet to have one of my issues fixed. You cant talk with a real person so your stuck. They just give the same basic excuses and always blaming it on something its not. Its like they dont even read your problem.

This game steals your bubble time. So when your attavked. It like spend more money to fix your keep. Fk. That. Copyrighted photos appear on evony. My friend drew them. He's hammer all tye nails in tjat coffin. Fuvking thieves

When challenged about glitches that happened after a recent game update (AKA money grab), Evony customer service deemed months of time, effort, consumable items and most of all LOTALTY to keep playing their game a "Dev team strategy" to a player losing 44 million experience points gained towards increasing a level (average player gains 2-4000 Exp per day of playing) When shown screenshots of the glitch, the game developers refused to acknowledge the errors the update caused, return the lost experience or compensate for it. Their customer service agent dealing with my ticket would not respond for weeks on end and when their was any response it was about her absence “away for personal reasons” Finally she just told me that “We will not be responding to this issue anymore”
