Super greedy. Software and graphics impressive. However, glitches causing you to lose your progression is highly suspicious, in my book. We trained over 20,000 Knights and Troop Detail reported 0 zero Knights when we went to battle. Good luck finding a suitable General. Highly addictive if you love great graphics and strategy with war. Not for us. Please consider not downloading this game!

Don’t spend money on this game!!! I repeat…DO NOT…spend money.. Our player Sal was cheated by evony in all stars battlefield and replaced with a player that didn’t even make the cut. Proofs are on YouTube, proofs are with customer support and they chose to do nothing…yes…be stunned…nothing…with consecutive “how may I help you dear liege…” and continuous lack of respect for the players who actually spend what they have on it. So no I will not give you 5 stars evony, not even 2 because y’all cheat people into giving you money in trade of…well…absolutely nothing..what a great 2 way street for this game. Y’all take care incompetent customers support!

I was cheated out of an all stars battlefield semi final place, my score was changed after the final scores had been released and mine was lowered to let a player that scored less qualify. That player got a dragon red wings special winners package and a new avatar frame. Evonys answer after two and a half weeks. A compensation package of some gems and speeds. Several dreadful replies from customer services who don’t understand the game and absolutely no acknowledgment of the fact that not only should I receive the above items but because I don’t know how I would have scored in the semis we don’t know if I could have been on the top ten. The rudeness and lack of game knowledge from the customer services employees is disgusting. They are getting tens of messages a day from lots of players about this with proof. They have acknowledged it’s wrong but haven’t rectified my game experience loss with the appropriate items. Think twice before spending money on this game.

Very bad, I purchased packages in value of about 200$, I am not a rich person and it's the limit I could afford. I think 200$ from one person is good enough contribution to developers. What I have in return is that I actually can't play. You need stamina, but it runs out quickly and it's impossible to get enough from events. So I have paid 200$ and can't even make a move out of my castle most of the time. I have paid money and can't actually play the game.

I downloaded a game for my smartphone called Evony: The King's Return, and made some purchases in game that did not provide what was advertised.... So, I went to try and find a way to contact support concerning this, but it seems to be near impossible to get in touch with this company as they have no phone number, no email address, and the only possible contact point is using Facebook, which is iffy at best. They took my payments, and only gave me some of what I bought, and now they get to just hide out overseas in China, and get away clean with my money. The game is not that bad, and does seem to work well, but do not EVER purchase anything to improve the game from these criminals, because they will take you payments, and not give you what you paid for. Worse, they will also have your financial information that you used to pay with, meaning they can come back whenever they feel like it and take more and more from your account, and why wouldn't they, they are safe in China right, and immune to prosecution!! STAY AWAY!!

Still unresolved issues. Now at least 20 tickets submitted for the same issue. At least 8 emails. Still cannot access an account. Worst responses ever if you get any at all. GAME OVER
