This game is riddled with glitches and lag. Customer service is terrible. Customer service often responds with computer generated responses that don't address the issue. Responses often take several days if they come at all. The developer is aware of many issues and refuses to do anything about it because they generate extra revenue by not doing anything about them. Stay away, save your time and money.

This is it used to be an excellent game. But now everything costs money, the free rewards are pitiful and you have to pay hundreds to be able to compete or go up the levels of the game. The support staff are useless and I think they have given up. The game glitches so badly on a regular basis, especially during battlefield and SVS. Because this means more money for Evony, they don’t fix it.

Game is good, I started playing this game three weeks back… And I have noticed in the rewards and treasure hunt or any event that you join. You can get all kinds of rewards, except STAMINA… Without STAMINA you cannot play the game, you have to wait for your stamina to be refilled… So I have noticed within a few days I have to actually purchase stamina to continue playing the game. If that happens I think I will just uninstall this application and will not play any further… PS: those who love this game, either you buy it. ( I don’t know how it is because I never bought it) But if you are playing for free, you will run out of STAMINA one day and you are not going to enjoy this game any further because you have to actually buy it with real money.

Customer services is simply a front. If you've spend 50k+ on your account you can get somewhere, otherwise literally 0 chance of ever getting anything sorted out. Ps In case you're new to Evony 50k is the lowest kind of serious player. There are many many 100k+ accounts and a handful of 500k+ accounts.

It could be a great game if it wasn’t for the bullies. Server 1077, for exemple, has been taken over by a bunch of them. The worst is ID 180934279 with his insults, his hate speech against Muslims and Turkish people, his wishes for other gamers’ family death. Complaints have been sent again and again to Evony’s developers and Apple co. But nothing have been done against that player. He keeps bullying, attacking always the same gamers, insulting them, wishing their family to die. Probably because for Evony, he is an heavy spender.

As it is the only way to advance is to buy stuff. You can build sll you want just to be wiped out 💯 by someone out of your league..

I started playing this game because it looked like fun and I love puzzle games. Imagine my surprise when my bank account started getting hit with random $4.99 and $1.99 charges even though I purchase nothing in game. I submitted an unauthorized charges report to Google which did nothing, so I was out $21.00. AfterI uninstalled the game the charges stopped. Hmmm…

First they don’t reply for weeks, second when they do they fob you off and more or less call you a liar, finally they do this endlessly until you give up. I have been getting this for a month now. They just repeat themselves but never resolve any of it. The players all talk about what a joke customer support is. There is no support. Play another game where customer are treated better. After I copied and sent this post to them I got a reply to say they will take comments on board. But, they have still done nothing about the issues I raised and still take an age to reply. Typical of their so called service. Evony is known for 2 things. A great game and none existent customer service!,
