Don't spend money 💰 it becomes like slot machines. If you want to keep your sanity move on to something else. And even the misleading advertising they do to get it installed looks like a puzzle game but it has nothing to do. Better royal revolt.

Yet again customer care giving the run around. Bought a £99.99 package and it failed to give rewards as promised. After months of waiting and resending info they just told me I needed so many spins. The exact amount I had. In other words they took it right back to the beginning. It’s a great game but only if you spend and it can cost thousands. It’s a great game only if you never ever have an issue or just duck it up if you do. Oh and many loose their accounts and investment due to their rubbish updates server issues connection issues and utterly rubbish attitude and speed of resolving issues. Do yourself a favour and give this game a miss!

The game has may glitches. They set challenges for players to complete.. When I try to complete them, they reset or do not show that I’ve done anything. This is after compleating task they set for me. I’ve contacted customer service too many times to count and they never respond. Never make things right, never get back to me. Costumer service is the worst I’ve seen. Be aware that trying to get ahead is worsened when they will not take care of issues they cause. It’s widely known by players that they don’t care.

Customer service is non existent. I’ve spent a lot on the game but it’s finished. No service, no additional spend. I’ve repeated problems with assignments of generals for over a week and not one comment. I’ve taken 3 support tickets. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME

Worst game ever. I spent over 10 grand on this game and Evony allows players who cheat to attack you and then you are forced to spend a few more thousand dollars to heal. Also, Evony evades taxes by selling third party packages.

Going bankrupt. Robbing players of there double down promos. No customer service anymore. No responses. What a shame. Spent thousands...

Basically if you ask a question. Answer it? Not apologize for needing to update the game.
