Positive and professional

Mike Wallace and his team are amazing…
Mike Wallace and his team are amazing at AZ Home Loans.I had 2 homeowners that were not having any luck with another lender because of their credit file was a little tricky. Mike and his team was able to get the loan done! Another great example was with a self employed homeowner. Mike and his team was able to help the homeowner get a way higher purchase price versus another lender. This helped the buyer get into their dream home and a way better neighborhood! Thanks AZ HOME LOANS and Mike!

Nothing but the best

I am new to the AZ Home Loans as a…
I am new to the AZ Home Loans as a Realtor Partner. They reached out to me. We scheduled a meeting and I liked what I heard from Mike Wallace. I gave them a chance and referred a client late in 2018. They did a great job. They worked fast, communicated extremely well and often. They essentially closed the loan in less than 3 weeks.

Reliable local lender with competitive rates.
As an agent that services the entire Maricopa/PInal counties I continually use AZ Home Loans. They are the most knowledgeable in the business which keeps myself and my client informed each step of the way during the loan process. Since a lot of my business is done "after" hours they are there to answer my questions. I highly recommend AHL if you are looking for competitive rates, typically closing transactions in about 21 days or so and friendly service.

AZ Home Loans is amazing! They have excellent customer service! Communication is like no other lender. Literally anytime I need them, I can always reach them and get my questions answered.
