AZ Home Loans did a great job on my refinance of my home loan. They kept me up to date on the progress of the loan throughout the whole thing. They did a great job over all and I have already referred my buyers to them!

Sade and Marcilla were great to work with. The only issues I encountered were: 1. The rate was not locked and the cost went up overnight. I had to pay an $800 premium for the money when we finally did lock. It wasn’t too painful as Sade rolled it into the loan balance. 2. Marcilla kept me on top of all the paperwork. Since everything but the closing was done over the Internet, it was very convenient for me. I’m a software engineer; other people not as tech savvy may not like how it was done. 3. Your closer Joe was professional and efficient; I was done in less than 1 hour. 4. The only snag in the closing is that Marcilla had asked me to bring one amount and the initial closing document had a different number; the issue was fixed on the fly 🙂 5. The closing was on July 26. I checked my PennyMac online portal on the 29th, I saw that they were still planning on auto-drafting my checking account on 8/1. I called them and the rep wasn’t sure they could stop it (only time will tell). I’m recommending that if the closing is near the end of the month that you or the client needs to contact the loan servicer immediately after the closing to stop ACH. Hello world 😘 I'm happy to b client wit AZ Home Lones this is my 2nd time I did business wit them with in 14 months well u can tell in 14months doing 2 business deals it means its worth and it is trustworthy and some time thy may ask you for bit more info that is not so bad I'm just being honest why I said that cuz they want to make sure they get you best deal according to your info n thy will try to get u what is best for you ofcourse it business for them to. but I bet they will help you till the end and thy will try fast as possible to close hey u all fyi I dont work for them or have anything personal wit them so this is actual customers review kazam thank you az home loans u first ....✌

Great customer service. 10/10. Collette and Shamarie were both super great and made my first home buying process a lot easier. They answered all my questions and didn’t get annoyed when I asked them silly questions.

We had an involved loan and Jason and Theresa were really great to deal with. If we refinance at a later date, I'll be sure to call AZ Home Loans.
