Our VA refi
We had put out several feelers to refinance our VA loan. AZ home loans was the third company to respond and were glad we waited. The first to respond was our current, at that time, mortgage company, Quicken. Their loan was going to cost us more than we wanted for an interest rate higher than what I had seen with other companies. The second company to contact us did just that, they contacted us but it went nowhere. Then AZ Home Loans gave us a call. They presented us with a VA refinance with a lower interest rate at a much lower cost. Once we agreed on the numbers the process went very smoothly with everything other than the final signing done via email.

Jason and Theresa were amazing to work…
Jason and Theresa were amazing to work with. They made each step of the process so simple . As first time home buyers we could not ask for a better experience. If you are looking to buy a home I definitely would recommend AZ home loans!

Pay-offs amount was missed/ interest…
AZHL. I wrote a review earlier with some mistakes that had happened with AZHL only to find out later the title company had made the mistakes. AZHL made it right with me and I would highly recommend using them to friends & family.......

Fantastic company that treats you like Family!
This is a great company! I have worked with other mortgage companies, however Az Home Loans treats you like family! From the very first time I met Jordan D, he made me feel right at home! Just dealt with them on a refi and everyone was fantastic! From Jeff D, Josh D, Walter and Ashley! They all made me feel like they were truly working on my side. I would and will highly recommend them to any and everyone!
