About Evolve Home Loans

Since the year 2000, we’ve enjoyed the opportunity to help thousands of Americans achieve the dream of homeownership and financial peace of mind through our fast and simple loan process. We chose to go into business to help people by educating them through one of life’s most challenging processes and saving them REAL money. In a day and age where buying or refinancing a home have become increasingly impersonal, we choose to bring a personal touch back to the industry by building a team that prioritizes the client experience. At Evolve Home Loans, we will continue to focus on helping others with our core values in all that we do, it’s what got us AND keeps us passionate about the mortgage business.

We had a wonderful experience as first…
We had a wonderful experience as first time home buyers. Jill Smith introduced us to our amazing realtors. Alina Wagner and Marcia Maes were so patient, organized, communicated. They even took our calls when they weren't in the office yet. So glad we didn't go to a traditional bank/credit union. It was wonderful working with the same team throughout the entire process.

AZ Home Loans was wonderful to work…
AZ Home Loans was wonderful to work with. I initially shopped around and spoke with several different lenders, and AZ Home Loans was the most thorough, friendly, and responsive by far. Not to mention they waive fees, and they are also a homegrown local small business. Shoutout to David W for his incredible responsiveness and friendliness, and Theresa C for her thorough attention and care. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Az
My experience with Az. Home Loans was really quite great!! Important to me, was keeping me informed about what was going on. Reverse loans take a long time, primarily because of 5 - 6 wks waiting for an appraisal. The paperwork seems excessive but that's the government (lol). That being said, my key rep. was Theresa Carroll who was very personable, astute, and made me feel that it was important to stay in contact. I have not met her but count her as a friend. Susan Puchuta was also in contact and was available if needed. High marks for your team!!!!!!!!
