Very slow shipping

Still haven't received my order. Love love all your stuff it just takes a long time to get it.

Took too long to come

Not the greatest tracking, takes awhile to get tracking info and to receive package

Most of what I got was exactly what I wanted, but I got two of the stick lip balm 2-packs, both the mango melonade/honey apple combo, and while the honey apple was nice and normal, the mango melonade from both packages just smelled and tasted like plastic and wax. I hit up customer support about it, tbh just to give some feedback, not even because I'm looking for a refund or anything, and while that is still ongoing, it's already left a really bad taste in my mouth because they very obviously couldn't be bothered to read what I said in my email and gave me some stupid bot response. Maybe I just have weirdly high standards, but putting the order number in the first email just for them to turn around and ask for the order number irked me SO BAD. I love the lotion I got though, and both the honey apple lip balm from these packs and the individual apricot lip balm I got are exactly what I wanted, so there is that. I would've been fine with just giving my feedback and throwing the mango melonade away, but the canned bot response from customer service definitely changed that.

I will admit that this product smell smells amazing and it leaves my body feeling very smooth, but it gave me irritation on my legs because of the fragrance.

You need to find out why your lotions smell like plastic and we DO want a pump. Some of us have arthritis and squeezing the bottle is not an option. No one can buy anything from your website because you don't accept paypal. No one is giving out their credit card info on the internet anymore, it's not safe. You have the gall to put on your website "In-store availability varies by location and retailer." THAT'S BECAUSE YOU NEED TO STOCK THE STORES AND KEEP THEM STOCKED so get over yourselves and make enough to keep the products on the retailers shelves. Like I tell at companies, customers pay to you to in business, the least you can do is keep you products available.
