First it’s toke 3 weeks to come for me not to get it this is ridiculous

Terrible and yall need to do better. I ordered an item and it arrived late and no one is taking any fault. I’m no longer at the address. It took more than almost 3 weeks to get my order . 3 weeks???? . I tried cancelling the order. Can’t cancel and then there is no refund or some sort of reimbursement. The absolute worse. I am an ambassador for EOS products within the Caribbean. A lot of persons come to purchase and for reviews. But I will not have good things to say.

I ordered October the 2nd an received order October 21 never took that long to receive an order

Shipping time is awful. I placed my order on 10/2. I finally received my order 10/17. I placed an order with two small businesses and received both of those a week before. Do better EOS when you have a launch! You are a large company!

Horrible customer service. Order placed on 10/5, label created on 10/9 and as of today 10/17 it still hasn’t even been received by UPS. Got two different answers from two different agents. Spent $135 and just want a refund at this point but communication is terrible. Just buy this at Target and save yourself the aggravation.

Still waiting on my order to ship that I placed on 10/02. Customer service is absolutely no help. Sends an A.I response. 2 weeks is ridiculous I will not be buying eos again based on this experience. I can get things from China quicker.

I never even got my order it went to Indiana when I live in New York. I also haven’t received my money back which I spent ($35)
