Still have yet to receive my item I ordered 3weeks ago!

I still haven’t received the order and I ordered the beginning of October. It is the 22nd and you’re asking me about a product I haven’t received yet.

Delivery is taking too long. I'm still waiting for the items.

I placed my order on either 10/2/26 or 10/8/26 and here it is 10/22/26 and still no order but I paid for shipping for 5-7 days I believe. It’s been so long I forgot when I placed my order. I honestly think I should be reimbursed for my shipping and given a coupon or voucher for a percentage off my next purchase rather that’s in store or online. I think that’s fair and not asking for too much… I honestly think if the delivery was quicker the company could have more online orders.

My cozy comfort lotion bottle was leaking when I had opened the package which isn’t a big deal but I waited around 2 weeks for them to come damaged but over all the scents are amazing.

Never got my package

Delivery took extremely long very disappointed.

My order arrived over 3 weeks later, i understand there might have been alot of orders but dont put an arrival time from 5-7 days. Then when i reached out to customer service they never got back to me. Mind you im a great customer. I got this as a gift and couldnt even get a response
