SEAKY DECEPTIVE PRICING. Extremely NOT user FRIENDLY. I have never written a negative review before, but my experience with Evite was so frustrating that I felt compelled to warn others. After spending hours creating our invitations and entering guests’ information, we were unexpectedly charged $60, only to encounter more outrageous fees, confusing features, and ridiculous restrictions when trying to thank our guests. Evite is overpriced, incredibly user-unfriendly, and seemingly designed to take advantage of customers who have already invested their time and effort—I would never recommend it. We could only send a post event message to only “10” members of our party, don’t ask why. I tried to send a thank you card, but of course you have to pay for those. I decided to look in the search bar for free, thank you cards and spent another two hours designing it, only to realize it was no way connected to my event and I would have to add the emails all over again. I’m not sure why the pricing is so deceptive. Overall, this is a really disappointing experience that I would never recommend anyone else.

I was invited to a surprise birthday and confirmed that I would attend then a few days before the event I received a notification that the party was cancelled because of weather so I did not go then learned that the party went foward and guests asked where are you? Overall a horrible experience Run from this miserable company

The worst. They had a bug and headcount did not work. It took them over 48 hours to reply to acknowledge it is a bug and I still have no clue how many people to expect. Useless.

Many invitees did not receive invitation. I had to contact them individually. I would have been better off just snail-mailing invitations. What a crappy company!

I used the premium service and sent invites to 30 guests. On the website it said all were delivered, but almost all of my invites went to spam or did not deliver and I had to follow up with every guest or change the method of delivery to text message. Evite customer service did not help.

I've been using Evite for over 10 years, but probably won't in the future. I sent about 70 evites and paid for the premium service. On the dashboard it appears that they were all delivered. However, when I followed up with some guest I found out that the evites were not received or had been sent straight to their spam or junk file. I am now must follow up with everyone to make sure they receive an invitation. Evite customer service has been NO HELP.

Sent an evite to 30 guests for $36 had to ask guests to RSVP with their meal option. Several guests had trouble RSVPing and only 3 could figure out how to respond with their meal option. It used to be much easier to use. I contacted customer service and they were not at all helpful. What a shame!

This website is actually horrible. They paid me to write good reviews about it. Now that I've gotten my money, i'll be glad to inform you all on just how shitty this website is.
