Edit: I emailed Eves and they are giving me a one time courtesy return for my custom bracelet. I updated my 1 star to 4: 1 star for value and 3 more for the customer service. I appreciate they are not in fact a true scammer I paid $82 for something that looks like I got off the clearance rack from Walmart. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is a scam company. There is no way in hell I will give this bracelet to my mom for Mother’s Day. It would be a disgrace and an embarrassment if I did. Now I’m $82 out and still need to buy a Mother’s Day gift, I wish I had not impulsed bought and searched the reviews first! My own dang fault. But EVES ADDICTION IS A SCAM

I received the personalized necklace I had purchased for my boyfriend’s mother for Christmas. It was a necklace with interlocking circles and three birthstones. The birthstones represent my boyfriend, his brother, and their father (who passed away when they were young due to a drunk driver). When I received this package, one of the birthstones had fallen out of the necklace and the other two stones had been placed in the necklace very crooked. It seems as though this company has no work ethic. Not only do they claim that the quality of the work they do is up to standards, but they also don’t provide and sort of reimbursement/compensation for a product that arrived BROKEN. Any ethical company would provide something due to the damaged state of the product. It seems as though they won’t reimburse or compensate for any matter after said product leaves your facilities. I will be recommending alternative jewelers to my friends/family/media from now on.

I placed a last minute order for my daughter’s and sister’s birthdays. I wanted something unique for both. The ‘peas in a pod’ bracelet was intended for my sister’s 70th birthday. When received it, I was very disappointed in the ‘frailty’ of the bracelet chain. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. I liked the concept of the bracelet so I took it to my jeweler and spent an additional $50.00 to have a new chain added to the charm. I definitely was not expecting to have to ‘customize’ a newly purchased bracelet. As well, the necklace did not look as the picture detailed. The cross is not as ‘thick’ as the website depicts and the chain is also extremely thin. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in both products. I would not recommend this company

Unfortunately the jewelry doesn’t last. Gems will fall off after minimal wear, the chain will break easily, the fold will scratch and tarnish quickly, it is very disappointing. I gave this as a gift to my mother and while the immediate presentation was nice, that is the only satisfaction you will get from your purchase. Shortly afterwards, it will fall apart. I should have gone to a reputable jeweler. Save your time, disappointment and money.

Terrible experience. Ordered the birthstone bezel necklace. After wearing it less than 2 months a stone fell out. Emailed customer service but they won’t do anything. Never wore it in water- shower, removed it at night. Total waste of $65, never recommending this company to anyone.

Recently I had stumbled upon Eve's Addiction while looking for a gift for my boyfriends 40th birthday. Their "Men's Chisel Custom Roman Numeral Matte Black Leather Bracelet" was perfect! I ordered and waited with baited breath for it to arrive. Unfortunately, when I received the notification that it had been delivered, I immediately opened up my door (was WFH that day) but no package. I panicked a bit since his birthday was only a few days away but tried to remain as calm as possible. Spoke to multiple customer service agents from both EA and from USPS but according to everyone, the package had been delivered and there was nothing anyone could do. Seems like the alert had notified my hours after the mailperson had left it buy my door and someone had snatched it during that time! Thankfully, I was finally able to reach a supervisor who, after hearing my saga, immediately sent me a replacement which was miraculously received on the very day of his celebration! The quality is fantastic and I will definitely be purchasing from them again, but will have it delivered to my office next time!

Unfortunately I forgot to read the reviews beforehand..I ordered a personalized mens bracelet. Its too small. After 4 phonecalls I got someone who spoke decent English. They will not refund me since its personalized. There are no extra links available and no extenders. I am sunk after spending $99.37 This company should be put out of business. There needs to be a law in place to protect online consumers from this thievery .

Will NEVER buy from them again. Poor customer service, first cross I ordered, a stone fell out of it, I recently purchased the stone to replace, they have sent it to wrong address. Anyway they said there is nothing they can do. Outsourced customer service is NOT the answer. Logistics, customer service all terrible
