Found what I wanted. I had a question that was not answered in the product description. Hannah on live chat got me an exact answer in a couple minutes. Checkout was easy.

easy to navigate and helpful when needed.

The search query does not work very well. When trying to find some items it is difficult to locate in what category the item is included in. For example spikes for shoes are hard to locate in your categories groups.
