Great company, very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable

I placed an order on April 21st and requested 3 day business delivery. In the confirmation email, it stated that "When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a separate e-mail with the shipping and tracking information." There is also no Order number in the email. On the 22nd I received a notice from paypal that I had a $23 credit come in from your store. So, I called the number listed on your website and the person I spoke to said that she saw that the order was out for delivery and would be delivered on the 22nd. That really impressed. Unfortunately, she was incorrect, as I have still not received the product or an email stating when it is getting delivered. Three business days would have been yesterday.

I prefer to use PayPal as it is quicker, easier and they have a guarantee. Well I entered all my info as usual and clicked to pay and the PayPal screen disappeared and left me at M-F site with my info still entered. I could not tell if my order went through or not. The company's customer service hours are not convenient for me to call as they're on East coast and I'm on West, so I waited a couple weeks to make sure the order didn't go through late. This company is the only one that sells what I wanted, or I would have gone with someone else the second time around.
