Hello Anthony! I do apologize for the shipping issue. Unfortunately, there are some items that do not qualify for free shipping and one of those items is the kettlebell you ordered. As far as the site speed, I will look into it further, but we have had a ton of traffic on our website due to the holiday. This may have caused the site to run a bit slower than normal.
