Update- The company contacted me right away to resolve the issue and removed the shipping cost from my total. Great customer service! Some companies do not read their reviews or maybe do not care but that is not the case here. Thank you for the quick resolution! The only issue which affects about a third of the total charge is that there was a promo code given to get free shipping. I entered it but the shipping cost was not removed. This may be due to my total not being high enough to get that offer but I did not see any conditions with the use of the code. If that was the case I would state you might want to have it clearly shown. If I overlooked it somewhere I apologize. Other than that so far so good as I have not received the merchandise yet.
