I ordered replacement tips for my turbo javelins. The website was easy to navigate. 5 ☆ process.

The personnel helping would receive a 5 star rating. Issac was very helpful in answering my questions. The shipping, surcharge and hidden costs are unacceptable. I ordered a product weighing less than 5 pounds that would ship in a small box, and was tagged for $104.85 shipping. In addition, there was a $34.95 surcharge. Neither of those excessive and hidden costs are acceptable. All of us, yes all of us, are suffering cost increased. Struggles with getting items needed. However, charging excessive shipping and hidden surcharges are not the answer. Bad on you! By working through the chat I was able to get a more appropriate charge on my shipping. It should not be necessary to do that to get good service. Again, Issac........5 star!!

Order arrived quickly and correctly! What more can you ask?!

Quick shipment and arrived as ordered except the numbers on the outside evidently rubbed against each roll or the box. So some of the outside numbers are damaged. They should have been placed or wrapped in plastic or something to prevent loosing 5 or 6 numbers on each roll.
