Went in to have my pool stick tip repaired. Not only was the pricing very reasonable, the sales person knowledge was great. Great customer service. I re river my stick within 3 days. I have recommended this location.

While they didn't get my table level the first time after relocating, they came back and made it right. Also had the table refelted, looks great - would recommend them over others in the Charlotte area . . better service at a better price!

I bought a Hot Springs spa from them. Awesome from start to finish. Make sure you have them install it well worth it. Get the caddy assist for your cover don't go cheap! I have had my Hot Spring Spa for over three years had only one problem with the salt water probe in the first 12 mons They came out right away and replaced the probe. A new probe can run 2K or higher so that was a relief. Two years on second probe no issue, remember must have it at least 99 degrees to work. This salt water system is easy it does everything for you and I don't feel like I have to shower afterwards. The salt water is great on the skin no chemicals to add just crystal clear water. I change my water about once a year it unbelievable on how easy it is to clean to care for. (YouTube is your friend)!! I moved recently and they came picked up my spa and set it up at my new house, again well worth every penny!!! Thomas

The service was exceptional with a very good price. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. They are a bit of a distance from my home but the drive was wroth it. I would not hesitate to go back.

Done a good job, but upon inspection found one screw that was not screwed in, but I don't think it affected play. Great people, just missed one screw, which we know we are all human and make mistakes. I would do business again.
