all was great

Great store and professional people who work there. I purchased a HotSpring Hot tub from them which I love and have been enjoying for the past few weeks. Professional and polite installation guys arrived and delivered the hot tub on time. The set up only took a couple hours with no issues and everything was explained at the end. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to communication. At purchase I was told it would be 4-5 weeks before my tub would arrive, which was fine. But, I had to call a couple times to see if the tub was in and when they planned on delivering. However, other than a little lack of communication, I would absolutely recommend purchasing from this store.

quality of work and employees was great, only problem came when the team was lacking necessary tools/materials to finish job and it took 2 hrs for a second crew to come when they said it should only take 20 minutes. Outside of this setback I was very pleased with all interactions and the end result of set up.

Very personalble staff, had what we wanted

I was very pleased with working with Chris in the store getting everything arranged for the pool table move and the the two man crew we're excellent. Seems like they paid a lot of attention to detail and had a lot of experience. Give them a raise.

They did a good. job. Very timely! However did feel like it was a little bit pricey.
