Ordered a hat. Followed delivery from China to Houston. Then the movement of the item stopped (its been in Houston for 3 weeks). Contacted every needing to ask them to trace the order and received a form letter telling me to be patient. Sent another request and received the same exact form letter. Unreliable company with no way to speak to a human.

Item never arrived, was returned to their warehouse. I requested refund, they agreed, refund never paid. Avoid at all cost.

Dreadful. Ordered a 2 in 1 angled brush for cleaning shower. Packed without a handle. Cannot be used.

Purchased a car window breaker/seatbelt cutter knife from the seller took ages to get here and when it eventually arrived. It was broken and unfit for purpose. Seller replied, couldn’t return and has ignored me for a refund
