Absolute scam! I purchased a product which is not fit for purpose. I requested a refund but was told because I had opened the box there would be no refund. You open the box expecting your purchase to work perfectly. When it doesn’t Everyday Market take no responsibility. Stay away from this company who do not honour Australian Consumer rights and rules.

They advertised decorative rocks when in fact it was plastic and the package was labeled “ Made in China”! When I asked for a return label or refund toady refused so now I am disputing with my bank. Do not order from this crappy business!

Impossible to contsct their so-called customer service, and when you do, you get nonsense replies. My impression is that this is a basement operation that will be kept off of eBay. Credit card companies are aware of their reputation.

I ordered a product Feb 22, 2026 that was taking far too long to be delivered therefore I canceled the order. Was "assured" they would stop the order which I had already been charged for. I ordered the same product through a reputable company which I received in a timely fashion. Everymarket, despite informing me my order would be canceled, ended up delivering it over a month later. I returned the item which arrived back at their facility March 31, 2026 but I have yet to received my refund of over $220. I have never experienced such issues ordering/returning items online as I have with this so-called company. I strongly warn anyone against using Everymarket for any purchases. Spare yourself the trouble.

I am not sure what is the deal with this company if it is an actual real company or someone created it in their basement. They should have their CC vendor shut off, there is no support and when you order something there is no movement when looking at tracking, I mean how does it take 7 days to pack something? I would recommend never doing business with this company, ever. Any of the higher than 1 star ratings seem suspect.

If I could leave no stars I would, DO NOT RECOMMEND this so called company at all. I purchased a 65 piece flatware set and was sent a 5 piece set. Contacted customer service and told me the description on the website was incorrect and it should be a 5 piece set. The flatware set was listed at $65 plus tax and shipping who in their right mind would pay $65 for a 5 piece flatware set. I sent the item back and was refunded.

Non-delivery for a £134 supplement purchase AVOID
