Shipping time was way too long

so apparently this is a shortage of one of the products I purchased from them as it comes from Germany and well it's been hard to find. Amazon said it wasn't available until April 2027, so I'm guess I'm lucky to find it here, but geez the price gouging it's crazy. Not only that they sent me the a smaller size then advertised.

The product was not up to spec. Report cover was too long for normal letter sized paper (11 inches). Looks tacky and doesn’t fit in designated box. Otherwise everything was great.

Never was informed about delivery date and no response from e-mails asking for delivery date or package tracking

my purchase took forever to get to me. Weeks!

I ordered 2 bottles of Revision but only received 1. I emailed customer service to inquire about my purchase but didn’t receive a response.

I was disappointed. I wanted Alavert in its original box and original tablet size. I ordered from you because your ad showed the original box, and spent more for that reason. I do not like the new style and won't buy it. I know - in theory it is the same stuff, same dosage, etc. But its effects are not the same. I have had allergies for years and used Alavert for years, so I know the difference. At the very least you should not show the old style box.

I have not used the product yet and will not use it until next summer. However I figure I better say something to stop the emails.
