I've purchased parts & kits from EGP…
I've purchased parts & kits from EGP multiple times with 100% satisfaction and no issues what so ever. However, this time was very different, the package was lost in transit! After a quick email notification to their CS dept. they were on it and stayed on it with clear communications regarding the issue at every juncture of the process. The package was never located however, once the adjucation was made by the shipper and a refund was made to EGP it was also made to my account. The experience was unsettling however, EGP did the right thing by following up on it at every opportunity.
